# Customize media reports

## You can customise media reports to contain the exact information and analyses you wish to include. Decide for yourself if you want to view analyses based on the amount of mentions, impressions or value and “hide” the pages that you deem irrelevant

You can customize a media report by hiding individual analysis pages, saving the report as a reusable template, or exporting it immediately. To hide a page, click the **Hide page** button at the bottom left of the respective page. Media reports provide a comprehensive overview of the performance and development of your media monitoring, and these customization options let you tailor the report to your specific needs.

**How do you save a media report as a template? **

To save a customized media report as a template for future use, click the **Create template** button at the top right of the report page. Once saved, your template will be available for selection the next time you create a new media report. *hide* pages. This allows you to generate media reports tailored specifically to meet your particular needs. Furthermore, you can choose to *save* the report as a template. To do this, you just need to click on the “create template”-button at the top right-hand side of the respective page.

**How do you export a media report immediately?**

To export a media report without saving it as a template, click the **Export report** button at the top of the page. The report is then ready to download and share.
